- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Billing and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Existing checklists, photos and reports stay available; new checklists follow the limits of your plan.
- Do my cleaners need a paid seat?
- No. Assignees complete checklists through a secure link and never need an account. Pro adds team access for co-hosts and managers who run the account with you.
- Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which calculates any applicable tax at checkout.
